Our Story

Hi! We’re Aditi and Abhi, a Dallas-area family who believes the best memories are made when people come together.

When we created Rodeo Ranch, our vision wasn’t simply to build another vacation rental. We set out to create a private luxury Texas retreat where families could reconnect, friends could celebrate life’s biggest milestones, and teams could step away from the everyday to collaborate, recharge, and enjoy meaningful time together.

Every detail—from the resort-style backyard and private pickleball court to the chef’s kitchen, theater, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces—was intentionally chosen to encourage connection, comfort, and unforgettable experiences.

Whether you’re planning a family reunion, birthday celebration, corporate retreat, or weekend escape near Dallas–Fort Worth, we hope Rodeo Ranch becomes the backdrop for memories you’ll talk about long after your stay ends.

 Verified We took our staff for a short staff retreat, I wanted a place that was big enough for all of us to stay in the same place , yet have room to spread out. I also needed a space with a place that we could hold seminar type activities over the two days. Rodeo Ranch had it all. We were able to work, share meals together and spend some time outside. This would also be an amazing space for multiple families. We would definitely come back with our family as well as another staff retreat. Aditi was in constant communication with us throughout the stay. We enjoyed our time at this wonderful place.
